The Cubs send Shota Imanaga against the Orioles and Corbin Burnes. Imanaga’s control is impressive in his rookie season, walking one batter for every six he strikes out. Burnes owns a bit of a hot streak, having allowed two runs or less in eight of his last ten starts.

The Dodgers continue their series with the Phillies, this time Los Angeles sending a better pitcher to the mound. Gavin Stone takes on Cristopher Sanchez. Stone goes for his tenth win against two losses. While his walk rate is okay, he helps himself by inducing double plays in one out of eight opportunities. Sanchez does even better in that regard. In the last two seasons combined he induced 26 DPs in 101 opportunities.
