Sunday looks like a pretty good day for offense, given the rather high ERAs in matchups today. The Pirates at the Dodgers looks like one of the better pitching duels with Bailey Falter taking on Tyler Glasnow. Falter holds batters to a .297 OBP this season, but in reality it’s a bit better than that as he induced thirteen double plays in 57 opportunities. Glasnow tries to reach ten wins in consecutive years. His stat line right now is almost identical to his line for the full 2023 season.

To the east in Arizona, Cristopher Sanchez of the Phillies takes on Merrill Kelly. Sanchez does a great job on inducing ground balls, leading him to allow just four home runs in 126 2/3 innings this season. Kelly makes just his fifth start of the season. He brings a 2.19 ERA into the game, having walked just six batters in 24 2/3 innings.
