The Mariners send Logan Gilbert against the Dodgers and Jack Flaherty. Seattle stands 12-20 since July 12th, only the White Sox holding a worse record. Gilbert is 1-3 in six starts in that time, despite a 3.03 ERA. Flaherty stands 2-0 with a 3.78 ERA in three starts since joining the Dodgers. He struck out 24 batters in 16 2/3 innings.
