A late Michael Harris II home run in the eighth made it close, but Robert Suarez retired all three Braves in the ninth to lock down the trip to the NLDS. It will be a short trip for San Diego, as they go north to Los Angeles to face the Dodgers on Saturday. This will be the first season without both Houston and Atlanta in the LDS since 2017, and with neither in the LDS since 2016.
