No Hits Through Four

The Dodgers lead the Mets 3-0 in the middle of the fourth inning as Jack Flaherty is tossing a no-hitter for Los Angeles. He walked two batters in the fourth inning, but those are the only two hitters to reach for the Mets. We’ll see how long he can keep the Mets batters off balance. Flaherty struck out five so far.

Update: The Dodgers go up 4-0 in the bottom of the fourth. For the second time in the game, the Dodgers bunt a runner to second, and the next batter singles him home.

Shohei Ohtani follows with a double to drive in a run, and the Dodgers lead 5-0.

Update: With two out, Freddie Freeman singles home Ohtani. I’m surprised they are leaving Freeman in he game given his ankle. It’s 6-0 Dodgers going to the fifth.

Update: Jesse Winker leads off the top of the fifth with a single, breaking up the no-hitter.
