Zach Duke and Carlos Zambrano each allowed two runs Wednesday afternoon as the Pirates faced the Cubs, but the Pirates bullpen was not up to two innings of work as they gave up three runs in the 8th and the Cubs win 5-2. Reed Johnson’s second home run of the season was the big blow, with Blanco adding an RBI double for good measure. With two wins in a row, the Cubs remain four games out in fourth place in the NL Central.
