The Rockies lost two 1-0 games this year. Jason Marquis helped the Rockies come out on the right side of that score as he pitches eight shutout innings in a 1-0 win over Washington. I saw someone complain about Marquis getting picked for the All-Star team over Jimenez, so maybe Jason had something to prove tonight. Ubaldo still has better K, BB and HR rates, but right now Marquis owns the better ERA.
