Joe Mauer singles in the seventh to give him three quarters of the cycle. He homered and doubled earlier tonight. The Twins trail the Rangers 7-5 in the seventh, so if Minnesota can mount a comeback, Mauer should get a chance at the triple. Joe is now hitting .381.

In his second at-bat, he hit a linedrive deep into the left field corner that looked like it kicked up chalk, then shot away from the left fielder before hitting a one-hopper to the shortstop. Probably would’ve been his triple.
