Brett Cecil continues his outstanding pitching in 2010, holding the Yankees to one run over eight innings in a 6-1 Toronto win. Cecil showed excellent control again, walking just one batter, giving him 13 walks in 57 2/3 innings.

Typical of Toronto this year, they out-homered the Yankees 3-0. Toronto did not take advantage of winning the first game against the Jays and lost that three game series. Once again, they’ve given themselves a good chance to win the series, now they need to execute.
