The Angels offense spread out over the entire lineup and drew some walks, too. The Angels managed three hits with men in scoring position to the Rangers’s one, and that made the difference as LAnaheim gained on the division leaders with a 6-5 win. Despite the Rangers winning streak of late, the Angels remain just 3 1/2 games back, still very much in this race.
