Vladimir Guerrero came to bat in the eighth inning against the Angels Wednesday night needing a triple of the cycle. Instead, he hit his second home run of the game to give the Rangers an insurance run as they go on to a 6-4 win over LAnaheim. Vlad’s resurgence is partly a shift of park, as his hitting in Texas is fantastic. The four for four Wednesday brings his road slash line up to .292/.341/.517 which is excellent for a 35-year-old designated hitter.
