Perfect?

Jonathon Niese faced the minimum batters through three innings. He has not allowed a hit, walk or hit by pitch. The Mets did not commit an error. A batter, Rusty Ryal, reached on a strikeout plus wild pitch in the second, and was caught stealing for the third out of the inning. If Niese goes the rest of the way without allowing a base runner, should this be an asterisked perfect game?

The Diamondbacks and Mets are scoreless in the bottom of the third.

Update: The Diamondbacks picked up five hits and three runs in the fourth inning, so the question is somewhat moot. They lead 3-1 in the top of the fifth.
