A link to this video was sent to me via e-mail. It’s basically an advertisement, but it does a nice job of comparing the motions of Stephen Strasburg and Tim Lincecum, and may indeed show where Strasburg’s mechanics are inefficient. One thing I believe the video gets wrong, however, is that weight lifting decreases flexibility. So take the whole thing with a grain of salt.
