The Evil Player program selected Randy Flores as Tuesday’s evil player. This year, Flores is the most sinister of pitchers, a lefty reliever who gets right-handed batters out. Left-handed batters post a .229/.327/.479 slash line against him, while righties come in at .205/.300/.364. Jim Tracy can use Flores to chase LHB from the game without worrying that the right-handed pinch hitters will hit him hard.
