After the former Nationals pair of Matt Capps and Jon Rauch turned a 5-4 Twins lead in the ninth to a 6-5 White Sox lead in the tenth, Jim Thome follows a Delmon Young single with a massive home run, way back in the rightfield stands for the first walk-off win for the Twins at Target Field. Jim just crushed the ball against his former teammates, and Minnesota extends their lead in the AL Central to four games. The homer capped a three hit night for Jim, and leaves him 19 short of 600 for his career.
