Carrasco Steps Up

Carlos Carrasco almost single-handedly ends the Indians losing streak. He pitches 8 1/2 scoreless innings as the Twins fall 1-0. Carrasco allowed just three hits, walking one and striking out six. Carlos came into the game with a .287 BA allowed. Francisco Liriano takes the loss as he allowed one unearned run in his return from the disabled list.

The Indians were shutout in two of their previous three games, and need help from the Cleveland defense to score in this one.
