Lather, Rinse, Repeat

Wednesday night, the Reds got out to an 8-0 lead over the Cardinals, only to have St. Louis comeback to tie the game at eight. Tonight, Thursday, the Nationals got out to an 8-0 lead over the Cubs, only to have Chicago come back to tie the game at eight. I suspect that eight unanswered runs is decently rare in baseball, but to have it happen the same way in games on consecutive nights is amazing. Chicago is still batting in the top of the seventh, having scored two runs to tie the game.
