Luke Hughes hit three home runs for the Twins in the first four months of the season. He doubled that in the last two days as his two long balls Sunday afternoon sent Detroit to an 8-4 loss. Hughes drove in five runs, bring his RBI total to 24. He’s done most of his offensive damage in his last two games. He did not show much power in the minors, so I don’t expect this to be a trend.
