The Cardinals go down 1-2-3 in the ninth as Jason Pridie makes a nice catch in right on a sinking Yadier Molina line drive to end the game. The Mets win 8-6 after scoring six runs in the top of the ninth. Instead of making up a win on the Braves, the Braves make up a loss on the Cardinals. St. Louis is now two games back in the NL Wild Card race.
