Rays of Hope

The Tampa Bay bats came to life tonight, as they’ve scored 12 runs in the first four innings. B.J. Upton has the tough half of the cycle with a homer and a triple. Bartolo Colon gave up seven runs, and Scott Proctor allowed the rest.

Update: Matt Moore has walked one and struck out nine through four innings as the Rays lead 12-0.

Update: Upton singled leading off the fifth. He just needs the double for the cycle. Upton scores on a sacrifice fly, and the Rays lead 13-0 with two on and two out in the fifth.
