With Tom Tango now working for the Cubs, it looked like the Marcels would not be out this season. I like to use them for my lineup prediction series, so I wrote an query this afternoon to compute the batting projections. I’m calling them the BM-Marcels. If you see something that looks like a mistake, let me know. The file contains statistics for all players from 2012 who were primarily batters. Enjoy!
Update: Someone suggested I call these Musings Marcels instead. What do you think?
Someone less charitable than I — but with my dangerously low maturity level — might say that the name BM-Marcels is a mistake. I wonder if Musings Marcels is euphonious enough?
