Don Mattingly played the batting out of order mistake by the Giants absolutely right. He allowed Buster Posey to bat and double, then before the next batter came up, noted the illegal at bat. Posey lost the double, Pablo Sandoval was out, and Posey was up again. Good job. The Giants still lead 4-2 in the fifth, however.
