Francisco Liriano takes on Stephen Strasburg as Washington tries for their first win since the All-Star Break. Liriano continues to shine, allowing just four home runs in 13 starts this season. In 20 career innings against the Pirates, Strasburg struck out 35, walking just four.

Matt Garza makes his debut for the Texas Rangers as they host the Rangers and Andy Pettitte. Garza did not pitch all that well against New York in his days with Tampa Bay, but this is a very different Yankees offense.
