Enny Romero, making his MLB debut, did not allow a run in 4 2/3 innings despite walking four batters with no strikeouts. The Orioles managed just one hit against the rookie. The Orioles did not get another hit until Fernando Rodney made it interesting in the ninth, when Baltimore scored their only run. The Orioles playoff hopes are extremely close to zero now.
