There have been numerous complaints about Don Mattingly‘s tactics during the playoffs and the season. The bench coach is supposed to be the expert in that area. I can’t believe that Trey was constantly telling Don, “Don’t bunt in that situation.” Otherwise, Don would not still want him around.
