Hunter Gaddis of the Guardians faces Juan Soto in the top of the tenth inning with two out and two on. Gaddis gets ahead 1-2, and Soto keeps fouling off pitches. After each foul, he looks at Gaddis and shakes his head “yes”, indicating the quality of the pitch. Finally, Soto gets one he can drive. He hits it hard, but I thought he got under it. The ball keeps carrying, however, and just clears the fence in right-center. The Yankees go up 5-2, and are three outs away from advancing to the World Series.

Soto is going to make so much money next year.
