Brett Lawrie saved the first hit of the game for the Blue Jays for a ripe moment. Ricky Nolasco of the Dodgers was working on a no-hitter with two out in the fifth, but he walked two in the inning and four for the game. With two on, Lawrie delivered a double break up the no-hitter, clear the bases, and tie the game at two. Maybe he should be playing for the Mariners. 🙂
It’s Not Just a Good Idea, It’s the Lawrie
